One room per delegate. If second room required, please contact the hotel directly and additional rooms may be booked outside of conference room block, at regular room rate.
Hotel guest rooms are available at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler at the conference negotiated conference rate starting at $328/night + taxes and fees (rate includes resort fee of $29/night).
$50 per person charge for more than 2 ppl over 17yrs.
Based on availability, this rate will be available for Thursday, November 6th to Sunday November 9th, 2025.
Rooms must be booked by Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 to qualify for the negotiated rate. Once sold out regular rates will apply.

Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation cancellations after this date will be charged 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges.
